Naringin:
1) Naringin, also known as naringenin-7-rhamnoglucoside, aurantine and one
of flavonones, is extracted from grapefruit peels. In addition, to its medicinal
uses, under alkali conditions the pyrone ring cleavage of naringin, then
hydrogenation to give naringin dihydrochalcone and neohesperidin
dihydrochalcone, a new type of sweetening agents. Naringin dihydrochalcone
and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone are 500~800 times and 1,500~1,800
times sweeter than sucrose and they are widely used in both food and
pharmaceutical industries

Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone:
1) Action and indications: It is a flavonoid derivative prepared by extraction
of citrus and then hydrogenation. It is 1,500~1,800 times sweeter than
sucrose with a comfortable taste, prolonged aftertaste and good effect of
masking bitter tastes. It can be used as sweetening agent or flavoring agent
in the food, pharmaceutical and feed industries
